Goon share ‘Begin Here’, the third and final single from their upcoming album Dream 3 out July 11

LA-based Goon dial into their signature lo-fi glow on their latest release ‘Begin Here’; the third and final single from their upcoming LP Dream 3 due out on July 11 via Born Losers Records.

On the track, Goon’s frontman Kenny Becker says “I had this reversed guitar progression kicking around for a little while, and I showed a demo version to Tamara (bass, vocals) on tour sometime in 2023. She insisted on putting it on the next record. Lyrically, it became a meditation on heartbreak. Feeling like some kind of maimed and dying animal in the middle of a canyon, or something. Tamara was really there for me during that heartbreak so it felt right to mention her in the song.”

Following recent singles ‘Emily Says’ and ‘Pacific God,’ ‘Begin Here’ rounds out the lead-up to the band’s latest full-length album Dream 3 which you can pre-save here.
