There's a bomb in Geese's car
Following the release of the anthemic ‘Taxes’ at the beginning of July, Geese have now released the second single from their upcoming album: ‘Trinidad’. The single is the opening track of their studio album ‘Getting Killed’, releasing late September.
The tone is a sharp turn from the first single, taking a heavier and more aggressive tone, with the rowdy roaring repetition of “THERE’S A BOMB IN MY CAR” from Cameron Winter and JPEGMAFIA matching the tone perfectly. The dissonant and psychedelic guitars are reminiscent of 70s acid rock, cutting the middle between unsettling and exciting. It’s in your face, yet subtle, and makes perfect sense the song was originally debuted in a live setting, the best environment possible for this track.
With the album just around the corner and two excellent singles, it’s gearing up to be a very exciting end of the year for Geese fans.
